Terms of Service

By accessing or using the JJS Marketing OS platform ("the Service") operated by JoshuaJS Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

JJS Marketing OS is an AI-powered autonomous marketing platform that deploys specialized agents to manage SEO, content creation, social media, advertising, email campaigns, Google Business Profile, video, reputation management, lead nurturing, and other marketing activities for your business brands. The Service uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate content and make optimization decisions.

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Pricing: The Service is offered under subscription plans as displayed on our pricing page. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Ad Spend: Any advertising budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is separate from the subscription fee and is charged directly by the respective platform. We manage campaigns within the daily budget caps you set.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Ownership: All content generated by our AI agents for your brands belongs to you. We retain no ownership rights over your content.

Accuracy: AI-generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not perfectly reflect your brand voice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published on your behalf.

Auto-Publishing: If you enable auto-publishing features (GBP posts, social media, blog posts), content will be published automatically without manual review. You can disable auto-publishing at any time.

The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) via OAuth authorization. By connecting these integrations, you authorize us to access and manage your accounts on those platforms for marketing purposes. You may disconnect any integration at any time. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, terms, or service disruptions.

We implement daily budget caps on AI API usage and advertising spend to protect you from unexpected costs. While we make every effort to enforce these limits, we are not liable for minor overages caused by timing delays or concurrent processing. You are responsible for setting appropriate budget limits and monitoring your accounts.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Violate the terms of any connected third-party platform
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to manipulate search engine rankings through prohibited practices
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to compete with JoshuaJS Technologies (OPC) Private Limited

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to factors beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JoshuaJS Technologies (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoshuaJS Technologies (OPC) Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

The JJS Marketing OS platform, its design, code, AI models, agent architectures, and branding are the intellectual property of JoshuaJS Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
