Brand Data: Business name, website URL, industry, location, logo, contact details, target keywords, and audience information you provide for your brands.
Integration Data: OAuth tokens and API credentials for third-party services you connect (Google Ads, Meta, Google Business Profile, etc.). These are stored securely and used solely to manage your marketing campaigns.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and agent task history.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI agents (blog posts, social media posts, ad campaigns, emails) is stored and associated with your brand profile.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the JJS Marketing OS platform
- Execute AI-powered marketing campaigns on your behalf
- Manage your brand presence across connected platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Respond to customer Direct Messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger on the connected business’s behalf, and capture those enquiries as leads
- Generate and publish content, ads, and social media posts
- Send daily performance reports and notifications
- Improve and personalize the Service
- Respond to support requests
4. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates with third-party services to deliver marketing automation. When you connect an integration, we access your accounts on those platforms in accordance with their respective terms:
- Google (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Business Profile)
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- LinkedIn
- WordPress, Framer, GitHub (content publishing)
- Anthropic (Claude AI — for content generation)
- Twilio (WhatsApp messaging)
We do not sell your data to any third party. Integration tokens are encrypted and used solely for the purpose you authorized.
5. Instagram & Facebook Messaging Data
When a business connects its Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, our AI assistant helps that business respond to
Direct Messages and Messenger conversations its customers send to it. To provide this feature we process:
- the content of messages a customer sends to the connected business;
- the customer’s public profile name and the platform-assigned user ID;
- the conversation history, so replies have context.
We use this data
only to: generate and send helpful replies on the business’s behalf, capture the enquiry as a lead in that business’s CRM, and let the business’s own staff read and follow up. We act
only on conversations the customer initiates — we never send unsolicited or bulk messages and we do not use message content for advertising or profiling. Messaging data is access-controlled to the owning business, is never sold or shared, and is deleted when the integration is disconnected or on request (see our
Data Deletion Instructions).
6. AI and Automated Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Claude by Anthropic) to generate marketing content, analyze data, and make optimization recommendations. AI-generated content is reviewed and can be approved before publication. You retain full ownership of all content created for your brands.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for API keys and OAuth tokens
- Role-based access control (Super Admin, Manager, Client)
- Session-based authentication with secure cookies
- Daily budget caps to prevent unauthorized spending
8. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Agent task history and generated content are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. Instagram and Facebook messaging conversations are retained to provide context and follow-up, and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or on request. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Disconnect any third-party integration at any time
- Export your brand data and content
- Opt out of automated marketing communications
10. Cookies
