Request Deletion of Your Data
If you’d like us to delete the data associated with your account or your use of JJS Marketing OS, email
jjs.joshuastephenson@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email or account associated with your data.
What This Covers
This includes any data obtained via Facebook/Meta login or connected Pages, and specifically the Instagram and Facebook Messenger conversations we processed on a connected business’s behalf — message content, the customer’s profile name and platform user ID, and the captured lead records. Disconnecting a Meta integration in your dashboard also stops further processing and removes the associated access tokens.
What Happens Next
We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and permanently delete the relevant data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
